2. The mechanical part of the equipment should be checked before lifting, the steel wire rope, hook, limit device, etc. should be in good condition, the electrical part should have no leakage, and the grounding device should be good. Each time lifting heavy objects, when lifting 10cm from the ground should stop to check the brake condition, confirm that the work can be carried out.

3. Do not overload lifting, lifting hands are not allowed to hold between the rope and the object, lifting objects rise to prevent the top.

4. The binding of the hanging object should be firm, and the lining protection should be set at the edges and corners of the object.

5. When lifting objects, the heavy objects should not be too high from the ground, and the heavy objects should not be suspended in the air for a long time during the work interval to prevent falling accidents.

6. Use the towing cable electrical switch to start, insulation must be good, press the button correctly, pay attention to the standing position.

7. Electric hoist in the process of lifting odor, high temperature should be stopped immediately to check, find out the reason, can continue to work after treatment.

8. The electric hoist wire rope should be wrapped neatly on the drum, and when the hook is placed in the lowest position, the wire rope on the drum should not be less than three circles.

9. In the lifting process, emergency measures must be taken to lower heavy objects to no one when a fault causes them to slide.

10. After the completion of the work, the electric hoist should be stopped in the designated position, the hook is raised, and the power is cut off.
